Who we are

I have been there. Frustrated with low energy, poor body image, unsatisfactory eating habits, and lack of exercise adherence. I had had enough, as I'm sure you have, too.

I have been through the "revolving door of diets". South Beach, Weight Watchers, Paleo, Keto, Vegetarianism. I did all of these with success each time, only to have the cravings and old habits creep back in, and the weight come back (and then some). None of them were sustainable or contained what I really wanted to eat. And none of them addressed my body image issues and relationship with food.

I know you're in the same spot - looking for that one last diet that will work. The one that will help you maintain the weight loss forever. You see the transformation pictures from other diets and think, that could be me! In reality, those people have seen that success, but aren't able to maintain it either. 95% of them, actually.

The 5% that do? They find a way of eating that includes foods they love and habits they can maintain. So how do they do that? Massive willpower? No.

Habits. They incorporate healthful eating and movement into their life in a way that they don't have to think about it anymore.

And I help you to form those habits with proven methods through individual exploration and implementation.

I created this business to be able to impact as many people as I could - via the internet or in person in Greeley. And so that I could have more time with my family of 5. I appreciate your support of my small business and my family!
