Individual Coaching

My coaching will provide you with the tools to understand what nutrition principles are important for your health and how to work that into your life. For good. We work through principles of quality eating, how to adjust out of balance lipids, hormones, and/or blood sugars, as well as how to eat more mindfully.

Refresh Program

A refresher on all things nutrition and which things really matter. You will understand all of the nutrition information that you need to make the habits that work best for you, so that you get off the roller coaster of weight changes. We will cover macronutrients, fasting, intuitive eating, and more. Weekly group session for accountability, coaching, and education, with an option to add weekly check-in sessions for even more attention.
